Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Appt on time with Alice. She was very lovely, as was her nurse. I had x-rays done which showed my teeth were fine. She didn't clean my teeth this time, maybe not needed? The whole appt only took 5-10 minutes.
On paying I asked for an appt card, as last time I had to phone to check the date & time. The receptionist had said I would receive an email but I needed to know sooner.
All in all a good experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our dentist was lovely, really calm and friendly.
My appointment started around 35 minutes late but whilst we waited no one came to explain or apologise. I went to reception to check whether we’d been missed but the receptionist wasn’t aware of any reason for a delay. We didn’t mind at all, it would just have been helpful to have the wait time communicated and explained.
My appointment was immediately followed by my daughter’s check up. I might have missed it, but I didn’t notice the dental tools being cleaned or replaced in between, it seemed the same tools were used on us both. I was surprised as I thought it would be necessary to use freshly sterilised equipment on every patient.
All that said, we really liked this dentist and had a good experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So good; in early, friendly, welcoming, polite, reassuring, made me feel top of the world about how clean my teeth were. Wish I'd asked for a sticker
